Please note that this calendar is for IRCC (IME/UMI) medicals only. If you are applying to work in a different country, please call us at (587) 586-6999 to schedule your appointment so that we can prepare before you come in to see the doctor.

Our immigration staff speaks English, Ukrainian, and Russian in addition to other languages.

How to Book

On the calendar, choose the date and time for your appointment. Each time-slot is 15 minutes long and is for one person only.

For families, each family member must book an appointment. Each member of the family should choose a 15 minute time-slot.

Patient’s that require translation should call our dedicated immigration phone number 587-586-6999 to book an a time-slot.​

CANCELLATION POLICY

All changes or cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance.
